Back in 2015, I walked my first 5k and enjoyed it. A few people at my father's work were participating in the Bluenose Marathon and asked if my dad and I wanted to join them, which we did. In Canada, winter is cold and snowy and for a lot of people, it can be very depressing. I don't mind winter most years because I have had hockey to keep me entertained.
